sometimes don't you just need a quick moment of inspiration. Or maybe you just need a moment of caffeinated contemplation to reflect on life. That's the idea behind my weekly coffee with Nicola espresso shots. I'll be sharing short jolts of inspiration in each clip. Good morning, everybody. Coffee with Nicoa This is your weekly espresso shot. You are right where you are supposed to be. You're right where you're supposed to be on this journey. You're not supposed to be anywhere else, then right here. Do you believe me? Are you having a hard time believing me? What if you looked in the mirror right now and said, Wow, look how much I've done. Look at my life so far. Unbelievable what I've been through, look how I managed through that. I mean, because if you're standing in front of that mirror right now, you're looking at somebody who made it through every challenge, made it through every obstacle jumped over every barrier. You went through it, you ran around it, you suffered, you were joy filled, I am confident that there were as many awesome times as there were struggling times. But recognize that there is value in all of it, that every step got you here, you are so unique, you are so valuable to this world and earthly experience. Your experience is critical, not only for what you're creating now in your life by design, that next stage, that next phase, that nastic expansion of you. But it's critical for all the people in your circle for all the people you coming in contact with every single one of them every small act of kindness, every moment of reaction. That's part of their story. And you're critical in helping them figure out what they want more of or less of expand their own way of being create their own life by design. So although your life may feel frustrating in the isness of what is right now, or you may feel overwhelmed or being in a space of compare despair, recognize that there was value in that feeling. You had to go through and find yourself where you are today, not only for yourself as a foundation for what you're creating in the future, but also for everybody, you continue to touch every day. They're watching you, I want you to start watching yourself and giving yourself a little grace, little compassion. Take that deep breath. Come back into the moment, pause and recognize that if you're grieving or overwhelmed, you can turn that into gratitude and recognition of reason that there is a reason for you to be where you are now. validate that and move towards what it is that you want. Don't get stuck in the isness. Like I said, No more compared to spare. Sit in a space of wow, look at me. Look what I've done. Look who I am. And if you've forgotten who you are, again, take the deep breath look in the mirror and ask Who am I in this moment? And what do I need to move forward to get closer to my life by design?
